Wie wohl kaum ein anderer Arbeitsmarkt auf der Welt zieht derzeit der von China die Blicke und das Interesse der Weltbevölkerung auf sich. Der Grund hierfür ist sicherlich das sehr hohe Wirtschaftswachstum des Landes und auch die Tatsache, dass immer mehr internationale Unternehmen selbst auch den Sprung in Richtung des asiatischen Reiches wagen um eben vor Ort mit eigenen Niederlassungen an diesem Aufschwung partizipieren zu können. Das Arbeiten in China wird für immer mehr Europäer interessant. Als etwas kompliziert gilt hierbei jedoch der Zugang zum Arbeitsmarkt. Zwar sind ausländische Arbeitnehmer jederzeit willkommen und auch zunehmend gefragt, doch möchte die Regierung der Volksrepublik China zugleich eben auch feststellen, dass einheimische Arbeitskräfte weiterhin gute Aussichten auf einen festen Arbeitsplatz haben. Um Legal einer Anstellung in diesem Land nachgehen zu können, ist es notwendig eine gültige Aufenthalts- und Arbeitserlaubnis sein Eigen nennen zu können.

Die Ausstellung der letzteren ist dabei für den ausländischen Arbeitnehmer im chinesischen Arbeitsmarkt in der Regel kein Problem, denn mit der Unterzeichnung des Arbeitsvertrages wird diese normalerweise vom neuen Arbeitgeber beantragt. Auch die Ausstellung einer Aufenthaltserlaubnis stellt, sofern man eine Tätigkeit nachweisen kann, im Grunde kein Problem dar, doch sind die Voraussetzung welcher hierbei zu erfüllen sind, doch deutlich größer und umfangreicher als in anderen Ländern und Staaten.

Als Beispiel lässt sich hierbei sehr schön ein HIV Test nennen, welcher erforderlich ist, sofern man eine Aufenthaltserlaubnis für einen Zeitraum über 6 Monate haben und beantragen möchte. Doch um überhaupt innerhalb des chinesischen Arbeitsmarktes Fuß fassen zu können, ist es von Grundlegender Bedeutung Kenntnisse der chinesischen Sprache zu besitzen und zugleich auch sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sein Eigen nennen zu können.

Doch auch fachlich gesehen muss der Bewerber und ausländische Arbeitnehmer einige Grundvoraussetzungen erfüllen. Beispielsweise besteht für Bewerber und Arbeitskräfte aus dem Ausland kaum eine realistische Anstellungschance, wenn diese über keine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium verfügen. Bringt man dies jedoch mit, bietet der chinesische Arbeitsmarkt für den engagierten und fleißigen Arbeitnehmer sehr gute Chancen.
